Black History Month

Who am I to comment, but I will note my stochastic nature*, by way of noting my delay.

My point? I have not noted Black History month in the past, and I will make no excuse for it, and I don't know why I am a day late anyway, but did craft this in a more purposeful, if not direct way. And found some interesting stuff, with a little more intent, filtering and sorting than usual.

*note: the term "Black Swan***" is derived from an unfortunated cultural context of a less than Platonic world view; the all or nothing spectrum** of good and evil and terms of use, let alone labels and characterizations.

Well, not exactly...the Lame Swan.*

Priority: Disclose Act and Net Neutrality and anything that effects the Citizens United irony. I would add that there be something that prevents House investigations from being a rerun of the previous congress.]
